We don’t believe in commission splits. We charge our agents $400.00 a year and $400.00 per transaction. Our agents keep thousands of dollars in commission. The Vortex Opportunity gives agents the leverage they need in today’s competitive market. Our agents have the financial ability to put more money in their marketing or enjoy it with their families. Our agents enjoy all of the benefits of a split fee commission brokerage at a flat fee price.
Education
We train weekly on current market trends and how to navigate our ever-changing market. We have also developed a TREC approved Real Estate School where we provide weekly accredited Continuing Education Courses. Click Here for upcoming Classes.
Support
Our support staff is available nights and weekends as well as normal business hours. Our goal is if you have a question then you can get a live credible mentor on the phone who can give you the answer. You then can give the client the answer and look like valuable resource. If the client has to wait 24 – 48 hours for an answer they will lose faith in you. We will not let that happen.
